This Data Protection Policy (DPP) sets forth the principles and high-level requirements adopted by Sj Info Dot to ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and the ethical handling of all personal data, both for our users and our clients’ data processed during service delivery.

2. Responsibilities in Service Delivery
2.1 Client Data: When Sj Info Dot handles client data (e.g., running analytics, managing email lists, or accessing databases as part of a Digital Marketing or Website Design project), we act as a Data Processor on behalf of the client (the Data Controller).
2.2 Processing Scope: Our processing of client data is strictly limited to the instructions provided by the client, as detailed in the signed Terms and Conditions or Service Agreement.
2.3 Subcontractors: We ensure that any third-party providers (sub-processors) we engage (e.g., cloud storage, email platforms) adhere to the same high standards of data protection and security outlined in this policy.
